Hello all,
At The European Conservative, I have an essay on the thirtieth anniversary of the Rwandan Genocide, which began on April 7, 1994. I visited the sites of the genocide with my wife some years ago—you can still walk into the crypts of the mass graves, stacked with thousands upon thousands of skulls:
The Miracle of Forgiveness: The Rwandan Genocide, Thirty Years Later
I also have a column on how late night hosts—from Jimmy Fallon to Jon Stewart—work to mainstream the Sexual Revolution and the transgender movement. Whether it is pornography, sex change surgeries, or simply mocking biblical morality, the alleged comedians of post-Christian America speak with one voice:
Court Jesters of the Sexual Revolution
There are many theories on the rise of “conspiracy theories,” but I think the role of the transgender movement in destroying the credibility of institutions is key—and not often considered:
How the Transgender Movement Fuels Conspiracy Theories
At The Bridgehead, I have a column on a new proposal in The Times by former UK politician and current pundit Matthew Parris, who bluntly advocates encouraging euthanasia for the very sick and the elderly. In his words: “We can’t afford a taboo on assisted dying: The argument against it is that pressure will grow on the terminally ill to hasten their own deaths – that’s not a bad thing.” Parris is simply saying publicly in writing what many have been saying in private for some time now:
The Post-Christian West: Times columnist says that the sick, elderly should consider euthanasia
As always, thank you for reading. I hope to have the next newsletter sent out next week.
Jonathan is such an important writer for me. Thank you so much.
I also think one of the roles of the Covid plandemic and the Covid "vaccine" was to destroy credibility and trust in institutions on a widespread, societal scale.
